Israeli startup UltraSight, which makes AI-powered cardiac ultrasound software, has joined Butterfly Garden, a marketplace for apps compatible with the New York-based Butterfly Network handheld ultrasound probe.  

The Tel Aviv-based company plans to integrate its real-time AI software into Butterfly’s imaging platform for the handheld probe, pending regulatory approval. 

It  says the partnership will provide better patient access to heart care, by allowing more healthcare professionals to carry out cardiac ultrasounds.
